Superhuman was designed for everybody and every ritual — we wanted something we could take in small amounts everyday that was both more versatile than a pill and more intentional. Our Essential Superpowder for Immune Support and Daily Stress Relief is just that; a small but mighty offering to our health over time.

Wellbeing is a practice, there isn’t a supplement or beauty product — on it’s own — that will change your wellbeing from a holistic perspective. This is why we advocate for building healthy, mindful and artful rituals into your everyday, and why we’ve made sure that our products are also objects admire in their own right.

Objects have the power to instigate rituals. Through daily habits and modern rituals; objects play a mediating role in our lives, even becoming tools for intentional and ceremonial living. Rituals allow us to negotiate our identities and relationship to self, society & the esoteric. Through ritual we negotiate our identities, seeking out our place in relationship to others, self, society and the outside world. Be they rites of passage or religious ceremonies, all rituals function to this end—creating equilibrium between the individual and the whole. In this, ritual runs parallel to design. In a broad sense, both are in service of humanity.

The objects and tools we use daily are of course nothing without the intervention of the human body — the physicality that puts their use in motion. It’s this body and mind intervention that takes an ordinary object and imbues it with meaning, with the ability to create a ritual or ceremony from it’s use with the individual or group.

Superhuman was designed with this in mind — for our community to consider and create their own rituals for ceremonial living, and discover the art of wellbeing.
